NMMU Advertising Showcase
Begins: Wed, 16 May 2007 at 6:30 PM
Ends: Wed, 16 May 2007 at 9:00 PM
Location:
Main Hall Saasveld George, Western Cape 6530 South Africa
Our usual myXchange meeting is going to be a different tonight! We’re all attending the NMMU Advertising Showcase, which should be interesting! So instead of the usual geekery taking place, we’ll be forced to interact with normal people. Could be great exposure for us. Hope to see all you xchangers there!

Your HTML is a bit broken, by the way, and that means that being aggregated via a HTML-fixing aggregator breaks your hcalendar. There’s a paragraph close tag without a paragraph open tag…
Heh, thanks Neil. Was testing the http://structuredblogging.org/ wordpress plugin. Seems its buggy then? Pity, since it is looking like the best plugin for creating microformats yet… Oh well, I’ll let them know!
I see, right up there at the img.
That’s not the only problem. The timezone in your start and end dates is missing.
I thought the showcase only started at 19:00 though but the sooner they come the better I guess!
Hehe, ok Charl, you are prolly right about the start time! I did not even look. It was the closest event to me that I could grab.
Phil Pearson here from Broadband Mechanics (current stewards of the dormant SB project
). I just got your message on the structuredblogging-discuss list.
The rendering of your event is really messed up. Wordpress has put (p) and (/p) (angle brackets replaced by brackets as I’m not sure if they’ll get munged by this comment form) around every line in the event.
I wonder if this is a Wordpress 2 incompatibility, as I’m pretty sure that the SB plugin used to strip these out. Hmm.
