Nedbank’s Response - The saga continues…

Here is the response I received from Nedbank. Well, at least they don’t fall silent when you complain. I must mention that this feels very much like a generic response and not one that addresses my real issue…

inconvenience caused.

Please provide us with an account number in order for
us to forward your request to the relevant Management team for the
investigation and resolution thereof. We will make every effort to
ensure that you are contacted as soon as feedback regarding this matter
is received.

Should you wish to contact us in this regard, please
use the case number quoted in the “Subject”-line, as it will assist us
in speedily finding the information relevant to this matter so that we
can provide you with feedback.

Hi,




I do not deem it necessary for you to have my Account number to
investigate and resolve this issue. This is not only about me, but your
entire client base. You should not send unsolicited messages. It is
both unprofessional and irritating. Some of your clients might condone
it. A lot of them don’t. I suggest you issue a formal apology in the
media or on your web site at least and stop doing it.
